We accept most major insurance plans including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Oscar, Ambetter, Medicare, Tricare, and Molina. We verify your benefits before your first visit at no charge. If you're out-of-network, we provide superbills for reimbursement.
DPC is a subscription-based model where you pay a flat monthly fee for access to mental health services — no insurance needed. Plans start at $99/month and include visits, medication management, unlimited messaging with your provider, and priority scheduling. It's ideal for those without insurance, with high deductibles, or who prefer a simpler payment model.
Yes. Our board-certified psychiatric providers can prescribe most psychiatric medications via telehealth, including antidepressants, anti-anxiety medications, mood stabilizers, and ADHD medications. Controlled substances are prescribed in compliance with state and federal telehealth prescribing regulations. Prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.
Most new patients can be seen within 3-5 business days. DPC subscribers get priority scheduling with next-day availability in most cases. For urgent concerns, we offer same-day crisis support slots. We also maintain a cancellation waitlist for earlier openings.
