- Technical difficulties may occasionally interrupt or prevent sessions
- While we use encrypted, HIPAA-compliant platforms, no technology is 100% secure

Our providers may prescribe medications as part of your treatment plan. Prescriptions are subject to clinical judgment, state and federal regulations, and DEA requirements. We reserve the right to decline prescribing any medication that we determine is not clinically appropriate.

Insurance-Based Care
We accept most major insurance plans. Copays, coinsurance, and deductibles are due at the time of service. You are responsible for understanding your insurance benefits and any amounts not covered by your plan.
Direct Psychiatry Care (DPC) Memberships
- Membership fees are billed monthly on the date of enrollment
- Payment is due in advance for each billing period
- You may cancel your membership at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months
- Membership does not replace health insurance and does not cover hospitalizations, lab work, imaging, or prescriptions at pharmacies
