SMS, email, and digital messaging policies

EnnHealth Psychiatry uses electronic communications — including SMS text messages, email, and secure messaging — to support your care and enhance your experience. This consent explains what types of messages you may receive, how your information is protected, and your rights to opt out.

By providing your phone number and/or email address and scheduling an appointment, you consent to receive electronic communications from EnnHealth Psychiatry as described in this policy.

Important: Standard SMS is NOT encrypted and is NOT a HIPAA-secure channel. We will NEVER send protected health information (PHI), diagnoses, medication names, or clinical details via SMS. Text messages are limited to appointment logistics and general reminders.
