How VA Community Care Works at EnnHealth
EnnHealth is in-network with the VA Community Care Network (VA CCN) for telehealth psychiatric services. The VA Community Care program lets eligible Veterans receive care from approved community providers when the VA cannot readily provide that care itself — for example, when wait times are long, travel is difficult, or a specific service is not available nearby.
For mental health in particular, community care can mean faster access to psychiatric evaluation and medication management without traveling to a VA medical center. Our secure telehealth platform lets Veterans meet with a psychiatric provider from the privacy of home.
What VA CCN Covers at EnnHealth
- Psychiatric evaluations: Comprehensive diagnostic assessments and treatment planning.
- Medication management: Prescribing, dose optimization, and ongoing monitoring.
- PTSD and trauma-related care: Evidence-based medication management for combat trauma, military sexual trauma sequelae, and adjustment after service.
- Depression, anxiety, and sleep: Treatment for the conditions Veterans most commonly seek help for.
VA Community Care begins with a referral and authorization from the VA. If you have not yet been authorized for community care, talk to your VA care team or primary care provider about a community care referral for mental health. Once authorized, you may choose an in-network provider like EnnHealth.
