Important Information Before Your Appointment with EnnHealth
1. Medication Management
- Services Offered:
- EnnHealth provides comprehensive medication management services when appropriate, as determined by your provider.
- Stimulant Prescriptions:
- We Do Not prescribe stimulants
- Benzodiazepines:
- We do not prescribe benzodiazepines (e.g., Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin, Valium, Ambien). If you are currently taking these medications and wish to discontinue, our team can assist you in safely tapering off over time.
- Crisis Management:
- EnnHealth does not provide crisis management services. In the event of an emergency or life-threatening situation, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency department immediately.
2. Appointment Policies
- Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to others in need.
- Cancellation Fees:
- A fee of $75 will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or for no-shows. You are financially responsible for missed appointments without appropriate notice.
- Punctuality:
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. You may use the remaining time of your appointment, but no extension will be granted.
- Emergency Changes:
- In case of emergencies requiring changes to your appointment, please contact our office immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but cannot guarantee immediate rescheduling.
- Repeated Cancellations:
- Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may lead to discharge from our practice to ensure we can provide care to other patients.
3. FMLA and Disability Services
- Psychiatric Evaluations:
- We do not offer one-time psychiatric evaluations for employment, medical clearance, disability, or legal matters. However, for established patients (minimum of 6 months), evaluations may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the provider’s discretion.
- Form Completion:
- If you require STD/FMLA forms to be completed, an appointment is necessary. Fees ranging from $50 to $150, depending on complexity, will apply to form submissions or medical record reviews requiring significant attention outside of scheduled appointments.
- Routine tasks, such as medication refills or communication with other providers involved in your care, are not subject to these fees.
4. Prescription and Refill Policies
- Medication Lists:
- Please bring an updated list of your medications to each visit to facilitate effective medication management.
- Visit Frequency:
- The frequency of your visits will be determined based on your condition, symptoms, and other support systems.
- Non-Controlled Substances:
- Prescriptions for non-controlled substances may be provided for up to 90 days after stability is achieved.
- Controlled Substances:
- Controlled substances require a monthly visit for refills. No automatic refills will be provided.
- The Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) will be checked with each refill, and periodic urine drug screens may be required.
- Refill Requests:
- Please request refills when you have at least three days of medication remaining to avoid running out.
- Check with your pharmacy first to see if refills are available before contacting us.
5. Medical Records Requests

- Your medical records are confidential. A signed Release of Information (ROI) is required to send your records to another healthcare provider.
- Providing Information:
- Please provide the necessary contact information for your new provider when making a records request.
6. Telehealth Services
- Availability:
- EnnHealth offers telehealth appointments for eligible services. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a private space for your virtual visit.
- Technical Issues:
- If you experience technical difficulties during your telehealth appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible to reschedule.
